1) First go to https://control.itsupport247.net/ and login in with the credentials provided.
2) On the home screen click on "Manage" and then Click on "Download Agent" as follows:
3) Select the "site" from the following screen as to where this laptop/Desktop going to be used.
4) Once the Site is selected, all the sites have the "Unique Agent Token" which will create a new system in particular site's OU. Once the site is selected download "Windows OS Agent" by clicking on "Download .msi".
5) Once the Agent file is downloaded copy that file into C:\Support\ and install the agent by following the next instructions while installing the agent.
